Accounts

If you’re having a problem accessing your account, you may be using the wrong password. If you’ve forgotten your password, just go to the Sign In page, enter your email address under “Forgot Your Password” and click “Submit.” Your password will then be sent to you via e-mail.

If you have never used our store before, you will need to create a new account. Click on “Create An Account,” and fill up the “Sign Up” form.

Once you do this, you’ll be able to see any orders you place with the new store, track the shipments, see the status of any backordered books, and manage your personal information.

Online Orders

Tracking:
Orders placed online via our store can be tracked by signing in to your account. Just log in with your email address and password; then click on “Account”. You will be able to see the status of your order, including the tracking number when provided by the shipper.

Questions:
If you have questions about your order, contact customerservice@exquirofulfillment.com. Customer service representatives are available from 9 AM to 6 PM CST Monday-Friday. Your email will be answered within 6 hours of receipt (provided it is received during business hours).

Damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged in any way, email customerservice@exquirofulfillment.com. Include your name, the purchase order number from your packing slip and as much information as you can about the damage. We will respond to your email in 24-48 hours.
